We installed the Smarter Flush Complete Kits in all of our 130 hotel rooms about a year ago. Our maintenance department used to spend a considerable amount of time replacing flappers and chains which were leaking. We have not had any maintenance issues for the last year and have seen a significant decrease in our water bills.
